To add to Vitaliy's message... Use the built-in support tab to create a support call... More information on how to use that can be found here: https://www.veeam.com/blog/technical-su ... -free.html

Thanks

Mike

This xml is created and then deleted during backup process. Make sure that your antivirus is not blocking VEB from creating/modifying and deleting files.

Might be the root cause. Try to white list the following directories for VEB:

C:\ProgramData\Veeam
C:\Program Files\Veeam
Plus, your backup repository (if it’s a local folder on your drive)

Resolved

Thank you four your help.
My admin resolved this problem.

Kaspersky qualifies Veeam.EndPoint.Service.Exe and Veeam.EndPoint.Manager.Exe like Low Restricted application.
All application which are Low Restricted doesn't have permissions to write or modify defined protected file extension.
xml files is in protected groups.
