I backup 1 VM (2008x86 with DC,DNS rôle)
The backup job is successfull.
But i have a weird message qith surebackup job

31/10/2010 18:43:32 MGCESRV01: Heartbeat test
31/10/2010 18:43:36 MGCESRV01: Pinging

31/10/2010 18:54:16 Domain Controller script, path VmConnectionTester.exe, ErrCode 0

31/10/2010 18:55:39 Sending email report

Why is it a success Surebackup verification if it gives me an ErrCode 0 for the DC script ?
Am i missing something ?

Thanks

Traditionally, when you execute an application and or script, an exit/error code of "0" is and indication of "no error". Positive numbers generally indicate various errors.

Yep, I am puzzled with this as well. This log looks strange and incomplete to me, did you cut out some other lines? I guess I have to ask my usual "please send full log files to our support" :)

The logs are indeed half-cut, but the ErrCode should be 0 in anyway, as there were no errors during the DC test. I've posted an output from my labs below, so you could compare:

Thanks Vitaly, then all looks well above - I guess possibly there are some test script settings messed up in this job that causes this error...
