Failed to connect to agent

I installed VEB on a Win2012R2 virtual machine, trying to backup to a NAS drive. The initial Recovery Media was created successfully, as well as the initial backup, but ever since then all other backups fail. Specifically timing out after 5 minutes.

Have you already contacted the technical support? If no, please do.
Once you do, you will have a number assigned to the newly created case.

You can open support case directly via product’s UI. Log in to Veeam Endpoint Backup Control Panel navigate to Support tab and click technical support.
