Barcodes not appearing

Hi - I am using an MSL2024 G3 Library and barcoded tapes. When I inventory the library in Veeam the barcodes don't appear The tapes just show as Tape 1, tape 2 etc), although if i access the same library using HP L&TT or Backup Exec they do. Googling says that I need to Import the tapes from the Veeam GUI but that option is greyed out - any ideas?

Are those tapes clean or have been written by 3-party solution previously? In the latter case, try to erase them, using backup console.
