"2/24/2017 11:32:06 PM :: Error: VSSControl: Failed to freeze guest, wait timeout "
i have search on the internet and some one told to create Dword value " VssPreparationTimeout" on the veeam server here is the veeamlink"https://www.veeam.com/kb1377"

As mentioned by Vitaliy, please open a support case on https://cp.veeam.com so that they can troubleshoot your specific use case. Probably your SQL server is overloaded and is not able to flush and freeze on time.

Hi Furqan,

Glad to hear that it is solved. So updating your windows server (and SQL also?) with the latest windows updates did the trick? (Probably also because there was a reboot involved...). Were you far behind in updates or only the last month?

Thanks for the additional information
Mike
