SureBackup Not Running after Backup Job
Server 2k8 R2 SP1
Veeam B&R 8.0.0.917
We have 17 SureBackup jobs that are linked to each of our 17 Backup Jobs and all are set to run after each Backup job runs. The Backups all show as successful, but none of the 17 SureBackup jobs will run. If we run the SureBackup jobs manually they will run successfully. Any thoughts about what may be occurring or suggestions we could try?

What schedule do the source backup job have? I'm wondering whether linked SP jobs sit in idle state or don't get executed at all? Thanks.

I ran a Repair on B&R and after that the SureBackup jobs began triggering and running properly.

In this case I would suggest contacting our technical team for reviewing jobs log after repair operation and prior to it.

Hello stmux, can u kindly share how you ran a repair on B&R ?
Have exactly the same issue; surebackup not starting after backup job except i use the timed option or manually initiate

Hi Jarzmann,
I think it would be better if you create a support case (and post the support case ID and follow-up after that) here instead of first trying to repair the B&R server. Our engineers will hopefully be able to figure out from the logs what goes wrong
