Veeam Endpoint 2.0 Beta Unable to create a backup job

Post by alian2000 »

Hello All,

I have veeam cloud connect 9.5 with update 1 and a veeam Agent endpoint 2.0.When i create a backup job ,at the end it fails saying unable to create a backup job.
Failed to save the cloud repository ,All cloud gateways are unavailable.
I added a registry key within the cloud connect gateway to allow beta Veeam agent to connect to the cloud connect server.
Any help really appreciated.

thanks

Hi Sam,

Since you seem to have done the preparations, including the registry key, then it might be best to create a support case now through the UI of VAW (Veeam agent for Microsoft Windows).
Post the support case ID here and follow-up.

I assume Cloud Connect is working for other backups? (PS: Since you say you have cloud connect, is that enterprise or as a service provider?)

Hi Sam,

Just to make sure - you have the local Agent license installed to VAW, right?

Thanks Sam. I wonder if license is installed locally on agent and not on the VBR/VCC side?

Mike,

I am unable to open ticket,i found Veeam Endpoint Agent, it will ask me to go to the control panel /support and that will take me back here again.
Should i open the ticket under cloud connect?

You should go to Control Panel > Support > Technical Support (there will be a support case window). In case thats not working, yes, you can open the case from your Cloud Connect account.

Resolved, NAT issues on the firewall and CloudGateway NAT config. check logs if the VCC GateWay replying with the private IP.
