Can someone one please review support case #02156036, which we have been requesting an update on since 17th May - Tried the "Talk to a manager" link and also phoning the UK support number at 14:00 on Friday only to be told that there was no one in the office and the person answering the phone could only make a note for someone to call me back!! - which as of 10.27 Monday morning hasn't happened.

I've pinged the responsible staff, so you should get a reply soon. Just FYI, since you're on evaluation period, response times are not guaranteed, since support is provided based on staff availability. Thanks.

However we have been a Veeam customer for a number of years, and query relates to new socket licences purchased this month so are in support coverage.

Then it is strange that the case is marked as evaluation. Anyway, I see some progress there, so I believe it will be sorted soon.
