Can anyone here please share some comments or assist me as to why all in a sudden the Large VM backup (2.8TB+) that usually runs using Storage Array Snapshot, it is now reverting to VMware snapshot ?

I've logged the case 02184179 but so far it is not progressing or escalated to the other tier who can know more about Storage Array Snapshot method with HPE Lefthand iSCSI SAN.Unable to release guest.
