Hi,

I've rolled out our first 9.5 upgrade recently. Jobs were running fine till yesterday.
Backup jobs started failing randomly with the following error message.

Error: An unexpected network error occurred.
WINAPI: Cannot get file size. File: [\\FilSrv\FilSrv-CIFS2\FilSrv-CIFS2-jobs\soam1.vm-5192D2017-11-11T120158.vib]

The subsequent job succeeds. Any help in figuring out the issue / resolving it is highly appreciated.

Error: An unexpected network error occurred. Failed to read data from the file [\\location of backupfile.vbk]. Failed to download disk. Reconnectable protocol device was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.

I've been having this issue off and off. Fresh hardware and software that is otherwise currently running a production set of VMs without issue. I also run PRTG metrics to all hosts and VMs without any indicated issues.

Sometimes the replications fail but it's been the backups lately. No amount of restarting seems to affect things.
