Hello
I want to go to the Veeam LAN Free Backup
Backup Proxy is Veeam itself
I chose the Direct Storage Access option
But when Run Backup, Error happens
It seems that it can not snapshot LUNs
Failed to create snapshot for LUN Error: CLIProvider : VNX Snapshots feature software is not enabled. Please install the VNX Snapshots feature enabler. (0x716d8033)

The message says it all - you need to install VNX Snapshots enabler to unlock the snapshots creation licensed feature.

I did not get it right
That means the VNX Snapshots license must be enabled on EMC ?

Check on your VNX
use naviseccli : naviseccli -h arraysp ndu -list otherwise you can check from Unisphere on the Software tab under “System Properties”.

I believe you should have the "VNXSnapshots" in that list.
SnapView is not going to give the above enabler.
If you meet the below OS requirements:
Veeam Backup & Replication does not support Dell EMC VNXe Gen 1 OS (2.x.x). Dell EMC VNXe Gen 2 OS (3.x.x) is supported.
I would open a ticket with DellEMC to get this license enabler.

Then, I have to admit that I don't get your question regarding no solution. As mentioned, without VNX snapshot enabler installed the said feature won't work, and there is nothing we cannot do regarding that. Thanks.
