DMARC failure for support

Just replied to an email from support and got this:
support@veeam.com
mx1.veeam.com
Remote Server returned '<mx1.veeam.com #5.7.1 smtp; 550 5.7.1 rejected by DMARC policy for veeam.com>'
Anyone else seen this issue?

Thank you. We've informed your engineer about the issue. As far as I know you should be able to respond via customer support portal, can you do that?

According to our IT guys, it appeared to be an intermittent mail server issue that only lasted for a minute. Everything should be fine now.
