your trial license has expired on start up, but have valid

Post by The B »

Hello,

when I start the "Veeam backup & replication" I get the message:

Your trial license has expired.

But then when I go to "License" I see:

status: valid
Type: perpetual
edition: enterprise edition
support expiration date: 276 days left

As the scheduled backups are NOT working, I assume there's an issue with the license, right?

If so, how can I fix it? because I do have a valid license...

Thanks

Hi,

Did I understand that correctly - you get the "trial expiration" message despite the fact that you already have valid perpetual license installed? If so, then have you ever had installed agent trial license onto that VBR? If the answer is yes, please check this KB. Otherwise please contact our support team directly for further investigation and post your case ID.

Thank you
