Windows 7 - service disconnected
I installed Veeam Monitor on a Windows 7 workstation along with SQL Server Express while logged on as the local administrator account. All is working well. However when I log on with a domain admin account and start Veeam Monitor, I am unable to connect to the service.

Doug, have you made sure that Domain Admin belongs to Veeam Monitoring group?

Yes. When I initially start Monitor with a different user than Administrator, it opens up the Client Settings window. I enter the enter the monitor server, but it can't connect.

Seems like a permission issue, anyway if you have specified Domain Account in Veeam Monitoring group and it still doesn't work, please contact our technical team for assistance.
