HI there,
I have a backup job which got stuck during
12.07.2018 00:31:19 :: Creating VSS snapshot (already 18h)
I pressed Cancel but the process isn't stopping. How can I safely and quick cancel this job?

Cancel takes longer than expected because something went wrong with VSS snapshot creation (as during cancel operation agent deletes the VSS snapshot). If this is not a one time issue and you see this behavior frequently please reach our support team to investigate the root cause. Cheers!

Fortunately I usually don't have hanging VAW jobs which I have to cancel, so this doesn't happen frequently. After ~70h I rebooted the machine and that also canceled the VAW job properly.
