Case ID: 03340166 - General Error VM

Hi

We are open a case this error for my customer. Logs are uploaded but i think problem is complicated and we don't know the cause. Nutanix side or Veeam side?

Could you examine the problem?

Hi Niels.

Case opened at 27 Dec.
This problem has not been resolved for a long time. Can you transfer the subject to a higher level engineer if possible? If this problem is not caused by Veeam we want to be certain as soon as possible. In Nutanix AHV, Veeam trigger 700 snapshot created and couldn't delete automatically.

VAN generates two events: one at job start, one at job end.

If proxy service crashes while a job is running, the end event will be never generated. The job will seem to be running and no meaningful error will be returned (and that's what you see in your case).

However, we'd like to investigate the reason for proxy service crash further, so, kindly, escalate your case by clicking talk to manager button.
