VDI Persistent Disk Backup

HI guys,


I have Deployed 350 VDI in one customer, need to take the backup of Persistent Disk for all users, can you please adivse how to take backup of persistent disk . I tried with Veeam for windows free agent but its giving me an error.

Error: Failed to create Snapshot: Backup job failed. cannot contact the Vss Engine

Hi Pankaj,

Do you have a support case open even with free edition they will do their best to assist you.

Also do you have any other backup software installed? any Windows updates pending? reboots pending?
