I have a problem with notifications. I configured notifications and had no problem with the test mail.Veeam Agent is working good but i don't receive notification after job's end. I've tried to start one and stop it. No problem to receive the error mail.
I used to send notifications on port 25. I don't use a gmail mailbox. Now i'm in the same settings as the KB article but it failed to sent test email. This is not a veeam problem anymore, is it ?
Might be incorrect mail server settings. Kindly check you mail vendor recommended smtp settings (usually they have a dedicated KB or HowTo guide on how to configure SMTP clients). Let us know how it goes, cheers!
I have great news! It works! This was a problem between chair and keyboard. Just to be sure, i asked my client if she was really sure about her password. It seems her company changed it without saying it to her!
