I'm trying to add a new backup repository. It is a CIFS share on a Synology NAS.
Created the share and assigned permissions.
I'm using a UNC path but when I try to connect I get 'Failed to Get Disk Free space'
I can map a network drive using the same UNC and credentials from the Windows Server that VEEAM is running on without issue. Synology NAS is fully up to date.
Thanks in advance

Re: [ID# 03528036] Failed to Get Disk Free space
i had a similar issue. the problem was, that the nas smb share only had smb version 1 enabled. VM OS is Windows Server 2019. After enabling SMB3 on the SMB Share on the NAS, it worked
