Performance issue after upgarde ESXi 6.5 > 6.7 and vCSA 6.5 > 6.7

Post by tschultze »

Hello folks,
yesterday I upgrade my VMware environment from ESXi 6.5 to 6.7 and my vCSA from 6.5 to 6.7.
First run of my "ActiveFull"-jobs showed me a massive reduction of Speed (from 5 h to 9,5 h).
Second job chained to the first, shows the same slowing down.
Data-capacity and VMs to backup hadn´t changed. Konfiguration hadn´t changed. Storage-Destination hadn´t changed.
I´m running B&R 9.5.4.2753 aka 9.5 U4a

Somebody got an idea about that party pooper ?

Regards

Thorsten

Hi Thorsten, haven't you looked at the bottleneck stats? How do they change after the upgrade? What about the transport method - is the same transport still being utilized for data retrieval?
