Helper Appliance freeze and timeout

Hi!

I'm facing an issue with the Helper Appliance mode for one customer. When the Helper Appliance start so it stay for 10 minutes one the:
"mount-sysfs.sh" whithout response on the IP address was configured, and does down beacuse the time out.

The ESXi VMkernel and the VBR Mount Service are in the same L2+L3 network and the Datastore NFS was mounted and working in the ESXi.
No local firewall, no AV software, no DNS errors. Any idea ?

Hi Diogo, how frequently do you see this behavior? One of the reasons might be DHCP-related, so running the same operation next time or using a static address succeeds.

Never worked for this customer. I use the static IP address.
