Hello,
you are aware that you are using an old version of Veeam Agent for Linux?

Anyway, I suggest to continue working with support.

Best regards,
Hannes

Hi,

Before you contact support please take a look at system requirements in the user guide:
Linux kernel 2.6.32-754.6.3 in CentOS / RHEL and Oracle Linux (RHCK) is not supported.
It seems that you're using exactly this kernel version. The only solution is to update the kernel on your server. Related RedHat KB and Veeam KB

Thanks!

Thanks Tide,

I noted that but checked if I update the kernel version then I need to update the Linux Agent to 3.0 and Veeam server need to update to version 9.5 update 4, it's terrible and I need to restart all agent server before backup. do you some suggestions on this status?

You can update only kernel - there is no need to update the agent right now. Unless you update the kernel, there is no viable workaround.

Thanks
