Orphaned replica job

Post by frankU32 »

I'm sorry if this has been asked before (I'm sure it has), I have searched the forum but not found anything.

We performed a failover of a replica, but when we had finished, rather than fail it back using veeam as advised, the tech deleted the replica, and powered on the old box. This has left an orphaned job under replicas/active. if i right click on the job I do not have the option to delete it.

How can this be safely removed please?

Hi Frank,

Have you tried selecting the " remove from configuration" option?

Thanks!

Well another strange aspect to this is, I can only see if if i have another active replcia running. If i don't have another running then as normal the active view is missing, but so is this odd orphaned job. So currently i cant try this, but will try soon.

If you cannot perform any action with that replica in the active state, then contact our support team to clean this up. Thanks!
