Case # 03529022 backup error

I get the following error message and the backup stops :
Error : machine doesn't have identifiers
Anybody knows what does it mean ?

No, the support team never answered to my case . I just want to know what this error means in Veam Backup:
Error : machine doesn't have identifiers

Hello to all.
have somebody a solution of these problem? i've try to make a new ticket to TechnicalSupport, but i can't, cause i have these error "machine doesn't have identifiers". Dear Support Team, please help with it.

Mikhail, these are not technical support forums, so can you try opening a case using this form?

P.S. I have looked through the case mentioned above and didn't find a resolution (ticket was closed with no update on this).

It would be nice if there was a KB or fix for this instead of having to wait for support to answer.

Private hotfixes can only be distributed via our support team. Once it becomes public (based on support cases), one can download it without contacting a support engineer.
