So I successfully had Veeam configured to back up a few VMs to a Western Digital MyCloud EX2 Ultra using UNC. It worked fine for a few months then suddenly stopped working. with the error "Could not perform threshold check for backup location "\\nas\public\veeambackups" due to space info retrievement fail!".
When I go to the "Backup Infrastructure" and click "Rescan" on the repo, it says the repository is "missing [\\nas\public\veeambackups] directory that contained 4 backups". After some troubleshooting and frustration, I ended up completely rebuilding the NAS. Now, when I try to add it back as a new repository under BACKUP INFRASTRUCTURE it just pops up and says "Failed to get disk free space".
What is going on?

Re: "Failed to get disk free space"
I use the community edition. I thought this was a community forum. Why would I post here AND submit a support ticket? Does the community edition even come with support? What is the point of having a forum? This is weird.

Literally ALL of these questions are also answered following the above-mentioned link, so I will take a guess you still didn't read it?
