Failed to Start Satellite Process

I am running Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5b. I've noticed in the last few weeks that every time I try to open Veeam Backup and Replication, no matter which machine I'm trying to open it from, it stalls with the error "Failed to Start Satellite Process". I've gotten to where I leave the console up and running on one server where I got lucky recently and got it to open. I literally haven't been able to open the console on ANY other machine the last few weeks after multiple attempts! Has anyone else encountered this and/or does anyone have a workaround?

Well, believe it or not, a restart of the Veeam server in question resolved the issue!

Thanks for the follow up! We should consider adding new functionality to the "New Topic" button here to search for and reboot backup server before allowing the post through ;) because I remember so many other threads like that :D
