Citrix Server and backup

Hey all, so here is the thing

I have 3 citrix servers running on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise.(64bit)
In the Vsphere client when I look at the General tab, everything looks good, VMWare tools is showing OK.

When I backup the system, I get the following
Releasing VM files Failed to perform Veeam VSS freeze: guest OS "unknownGuest" is not supported

I have searched the boards, could not find anything.
Tools are version 4

Hi, it looks you need to upgrade to VMware version that actually supports and is aware of Windows 2008 R2.
Alternatively, VssOtherGuest (I believe?) registry hack on Veeam server allows to bypass this check.
