!! customer portal fails to upload logs

Post by mcz »

Hi veeam-guys,

since 2 days, I'm not able to add logs via CP. I've checked this on 2 different machines, cleared browser cache and cookies, nothing helps. Whenever I try add logs to an existing case, it navigates to the appropriate page but the loading circle just doesn't disappear and therefore I can't upload data.

Can you please investigate that? Thanks!

Hello,
I uploaded logs via my.veeam.com yesterday and on Tuesday without issues.

You can also ask support for FTP upload.

Best regards,
Hannes

Is there a portal to upload the beer? ;)

Well then it seems to be a local issue on my side... Just can't explain why it suddenly fails on both machines. Anyway, thank you!

Hi Michael,

Just check if it fails from any other network or ask someone to check that out in order to isolate the issue.

Thanks

Hi Michael,

May be also worth trying to troubleshoot it via browser debugger. Network tab could help you figure out if specific files/requests are being blocked (highlighted with red color) on ISP side/by IPS sensor (if any deployed) or else.

Best regards,
Oleg

There’s also a glitch around bucket selection (not related to your issue really) - you have to select that before trying to proceed with upload else the page it gets stuck.

So if you can upload beer, can you download beer? :D

If not, Michael could you please fax me a beer? Thanks!

I opened a support case yesterday, no problems.

To close my comment: portal logic on page now works.
