Cloud Provider - Version
Hi all,
We run multiple backup jobs to disk with B&R version 10.
We also have a few backup copy jobs to a cloud service provider. They are now running Veeam 11 and our backup copy jobs are failing.
Do we have to have the same version of B&R as the cloud providers Veeam version? We don't want to upgrade to V11 just yet
04735722 is our case ID.

Re: Cloud Provider - Version
Veeam V10 is fully supported on Tennant side if the cloud connect provider is on V11.
The following versions on tennant side are supported with veeam v11 at the service provider cloud connect servers:

Thanks, so it shouldn't be that. I'll wait for support to come back to me then.

No problem.
There is a chance, that the service provider needs to open the case for you. If it‘s something on provider side, they will need the logs too Support will tell you if they need the help of your service provider.

Thanks. Support is looking for logs from our cloud provider but it being a public holiday it's taking some time. Hopefully get the logs tomorrow.

It's about the time when QA team is also getting back from public holiday - hopefully, we will find the root cause soon. Thanks!

Re: Cloud Provider - Version
In order to proceed further we need debug logs from Service Provider, but support team seem to have requested those already, so, let's continue the investigation. Thanks!

Thank you. They seem to be working with yourselves on the fix in any case.
