I increased the datastore space to almost double the size of the VM, but it still gives me the error. Anything else to look at? Or maybe some guideline on the space needed?
My VM is 615GB (414 used) and the datastore is now 1200GB.
The job still fails.
Any help is appreciated!

Hi Marc, the datastore needs enough space to hold VM disk snapshots during a backup and maintain their growth during a backup cycle. What you report as a free space should be enough. Please review this thread and in case it doesn't provide any hints, check with our support team for any possible misconfigurations.
