Upgrade veeam 11

please help ?

I launch my upgrade 9.5 u4b to 11
the upgrade ask me some feature like .net core runtime etc..I install and all check is good...
and now, upgrade program say: "please uninstall console first"
but i can't.
I am stuck because the upgrade is not done ...
if someone have an idea.

i open a case : #04945713

I can't stock image...but in control panel/ programs/
veeam backup & replication 11.0.0.837
veeam backup transport 9.5.4.2868
veeaem backup vPowerNFS 9.5.4.2868
veeam distribution service 9.5.4.2868
veeam installer service 9.5.4.2868
veeam mount service 9.5.4.2868
veeam remote tape access service 9.5.4.2868

And now my ISO setup.exe show me a grey cube and have for information :" Please uninstall console first"
If i try to clic on "Upgrade Console" ..it try but at the end the message: " uninstall previous version component before " appear...

I think i need tu upgrade component, but my console doesn't want to upgrade. i install another console on a PC, and i have:
Failed to connect to veeam backup &replication server. I think a service doesn't want to start.

Ok i find all component in package directory
i install everey component one by one...in 11 version
and i upgrade console in 11version.

now, my console dooesn't want to connect.
Failed to connect to veeam backup &replication server, localhost 127.0.01:9392 refused connection

befor upgarde it's working..
someone have a solution ?

(in my services.msc, veeam backup service ... not exist i have all services running, but this one disapear...

Did you check all services are up and running?

You can also check this thread. The described error may be similar.

in my services.msc , all service veeam running, but "veeam backup service" not exist, this services disapear....

i launch a reinstall veeam console, i try "repair"....

for information in my case, it is veeam 11 , not 9...(support don't contact me for my case)
and my splash scren have a grey cubre with "uninstall console before" ..i don't know why ...

in your link, picture don't work...if someone can help me to have this service please.

Ok my screenshot...for more information..
the picture of setup.exe veeam11 when i laucnh it...
, my control panel list program and my services...
if i clic on install console , it have proposition to repaire or remove
if i clic on install enterprise manager, the same, repair or remove....
So all is in V11 ...console installation and repair is OK ...but no veeam backup service and no connection...help

ok it's good.
i must to reinstall backup veeam serve rwith the msi package on ISO...
now all i's OK
go install new agent
