In FAQ - You can, however, run v5 and v6 in parallel on different servers while processing the same VMs without any issues (as long as jobs do not overlap).
That is fine, but what about the actual DB that Veeam uses?
Shall it be completly new blank one?
Or shall I make a copy of my existing v5 database on same SQL server?
