Cannot see data after reinstalling Veeam One

Hi Community,

I want to ask you something about a Report, I had to reinstall Veeam One in another server in February (2021) but I connected this new Veeam One server to the previous database, however, I cannot see data before February, I didn´t lost data and now I need some info from 2020 but I cannot get it, what can I do?

Hi Camilo,

Do you refer to a particular report where you don't see any data or you don't have any data at all beyond February, neither in reports nor in the desktop Client UI?

Can you check the configured retention?
It‘s possible that the data is already deleted accordingly to the retention Policy:

Hi,

thx for your answers:

Vitaliy: all the Reports, I cannot see data from 2020.

Mildur: the current Virtual Infrastructure performance data retention period is 12 Months, it means that I shoud see data from December 2020 but I cannot see it :( .

In this case, I would suggest investigating it with the help of our customer support engineers. If you open the case, please let us know its ID.
