Failed to perform repairing backup Error

I'm evaluating Veeam and setup a file share backup with 7 day retention and 1 year archive.The backups were going fine until the 8th day when it did the first archive and now backups are failing with these errors.

Failed to perform repairing backup Error: Agent: Failed to process method {NasMaster.TransformMeta}: Unexpected meta file size 614400. Expected size: 618496

I've looked around all the support information but can't find anything about this error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I cannot find an answer either with the forum search.
