Yes, Windows 7 is supported. Please review the list of other supported platforms in the Release Notes document.

Ok, thanks Vitaliy.
I have read release notes and others guide already, wondering if not mentioning edition in the documentation means all edition are supported, even Home Ed.
So, I got my answer now,

Yes, usually OS editions are not mentioned in the release notes.

Hi all - I have two Win 7 machines - Win 7 Pro and Win 7 Home - the Pro installed and the backup went fine - the Home would not install saying - Current operating system not supported or lacks the required service pack. What version of .Net is required?

Hello,

Windows 7 SP1 must be supported, please refer to this page for more details. I'd recommend to make sure that the required service pack is installed.

Thanks!
