Stuck on "canceling"

Even after uninstall + install of latest version my agent is stuck in "canceling". It seems re-install did not clean out my previous job. The PC is running WIN11.

I tried to create a support ticket in the agent but it fails, thus I try asking in this forum instead.

Any ideas appreciated.

Hello Kent,
Do you have the logs at hand perhaps? Try to take a look into the C:\ProgramData\Veeam directory.

Besides that, I have found a similar posts using the search on the forum, in particular: If you are a paid Customer, would recommend to open a support ticket. Let us know how it goes.

Yes! the recreate db register key trick worked, thank you!
(I noticed these posts myself also but thought they were too old to still be valid)
