Hi everybody,
from time to time (once a week or so) our linux proxy becomes unavailable. Restarting the whole vm helps but that was a bit unsatisfying, so I tried to dig a bit depper this time. The results:
#Changed to hyperlink by Mod (Logs should not be posted)
https://snipboard.io/s0c9Hb.jpg
I've tried to collect the logs for that proxy to analyse the logs, but I haven't found any logs regarding the service/deamon itself. Are they somewhere hidden? Where can I find them and is this a known issue?
Thanks!

Re: linux proxy service crashes from time to time
Hi Michael
It's not a know issue so far. I don't see other cases with similar issues. What's the case number for this technical issue?
Our support can tell you exactly which logs they need to analyze the issue.
Thanks
Fabian

Re: linux proxy service crashes from time to time
Hi Mildur,
support has figured out what was going on - the screenshot already has delivered the hint: oom-kill. Looks like the system was running out of memory and the oom-reaper has kicked in. Added some ressources to the proxy vm and that should be it.
Thanks!
