On vacation for 2 weeks so my nightly backup of win10 workstation failed as expected. When I got back, ran manually, and consistently get an odd message if I rescan (but the backup seems to work):
7/6/2022 11:43:52 AM :: Cannot connect to XXX Details: Unable to remove temporary folder from XXX.
Case 05520302.
I've seen forum posts that this is harmless, but why is it happening, and how, if possible, can I stop this?

I found one case, where rebooting the machines where the agent is running solved it. But instead of guessing, I suggest to continue working with support to find out the real reason.
