O365 Explorer for Sharepoint has no sites in the backup

Hi

I have a backup job that is set to backup the whole organisation, with a few exclusions for some mailboxes.

When I use the Explorer it shows the database, and my organisation, but when I expand the tree there is absolutely nothing listed.

The backup runs each night and I can see the sites listed as they are processed, just not able to get to them for a restore.

That sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.
