Hi ,
Case #05543863 — No notifications
I am curently facing a problem when the job is terminated it doesn't send any notifications , even when i do the ' SENDING EMAIL TEST ' from the global settings . i 'am using Veeam for Office 365 V6 .
I used The exact configuration for SMTP that i am using on Veeam backup & replication .
I tried to restart the 3 services of veeam , restarted the VM but the problem remain the same .

Hello , i want to update the case about notifications , when i use local exchange the test notification works , but when i launch a job , no report is sent to my email .
I think there's a problem with reports .

Hi

Thanks. I see that you have updated the case directly.
That's good, because we from support cannot updates case notes.

Reading that only Exchange Online is affected, it could have todo something with disabled Basic Auth.
You should check, if Microsoft has already disabled Basic Auth for your Tenant, if yes, then you have to enable it again for SMTP connections.

Guys, I believe I am facing the same problem, but with some differences. Maybe it can help you.

I have 4 customers on the same VBO server, and I receive the e-mail notification only for one customer. I set up the notification to my e-mail, and I receive it only for one organization.

I noticed that for the other 3 organizations, in the job execution history, there is no "Email notification sent" in the records, while in the one I receive it has.

I checked and there is no option to enable/disable the notification in the job level.

If you are using Exchange Online as the SMTP Server, please make sure that the user you use for the authentification is able to use SMTP Auth:
