Hi, have you got any news regarding this issue? I'm having this problem on a customer with v11a and latest patch.

I've opened a case:

Case Number is 05681114

Split from V10 Error: Failed to start an agent on one of the extents.

Thanks for the case number.
I see that you already have been contacted by our support.

I moved your question to a new topic, because it was an old topic. And it could be another cause/issue.
The other one was about backup copy jobs, yours is about Direct to AWS restore.
