If you can't stop the session with a reboot or any method in the GUI or
PowerShell, the session must be purged from the database. Which is only support when done with guidance from our support team. The necessary SQL queries are not public.
I see that you have opened a case for the community edition.
Support is provided on a best effort for our free products. Meaning if our our technical support team has no capacity to take on free cases it may happen that your case will be closed within 7 days with no answer. If that happens you can try again. Each time you have a new chance to have your case accepted.
You can also try to get an answer from our partner and customers in our community hub:
https://community.veeam.com. A case number is not required in the community hub.
