V12 Upgrade Failure - "The index 'IX_Tape.file_versions_is_deleted"

This was basically a vanilla Server 2019 with v11 installed, nothing configured.

Not opening a case since it's not in production yet, no jobs were configured, nothing really done to it yet. I'm going to uninstall v11 and install v12 (with Postgres)

I did capture the install log directory to a zip file. If support is curious I can deliver to them.

Yes, support will need logs if you want this investigated. But this is most likely a one-off and environment=specific issue due to some inconsistency in the configuration.
