I have found the vbm/vbk file on the Veeam server. Though, when I double click it and try to restore it I get "Object with id 'xxxxx' on host 'xxxxx' was not found".
Now, if I try to open it through Veeam Backup & Replication through "Files > Restore > Agent... > Guest files restore > Microsoft Windows > Select the machine > Next > Next > Next > Browse"
I get this error:
The site is working fine. Error code 403 seems more like issues with your account and the assigned support contracts.

For the restore issue itself, a case with our customer support is required to solve it. We cannot analyze such issues over the forum.
