error at the end of upgrade B&R from 10 to 11a

At the end of upgrade from Veeam Backup & Replication from 10 to 11a version I got this error:

An expected error occurred.
Degug logs may contain additional information. Please contact Veeam Customer Support for assistence.

Can you help to understand what happened ?
All Backup jobs go right!.

Have you contacted Veeam Support as requested? The forum cannot provide you with an answer to this message. We are not support and we don't have tools to analyze log files for your environment. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic. Without case number, the topic will eventually be deleted by moderators.

I contacted support, I install manually again ver. 11 Veeam install Server in servers because it was 10 version so I removed it and I installed it again.
I upgraded servers and I solved.
