403 after login on my.veeam.com

Hello,

An organisation i work with cannot access anymore their account page on my.veeam.com
Once logged, they get a 403 - Access denied.

They already tried to reset the password but it changed nothing
They can't open a case since they cannot access any my.veeam.com page and the "contact me" link on the 403 page has an empty mail address...

Hopefully someone can help

Facing the same problem with our account at our company, we'd like to raise a ticket but can't :(

Welcome to the forum.
Can you open a support case with type "general inquiry" instead of a technical case?

Or do you see the error 403 - access denied right after login in?

General Inquiry cases can be used to solve such situations. If you are not able to see the case form, please send me your mail address per PM. I will ask Support Management to check your account.

The 403 happens as soon as i click "My Cases" or "My Account"

Fabian,

I am also experiencing the 403 access denied error when trying to access my.veeam.com or when trying to create a ticket. Can you assist?

Hi elkamet

If it's the same mail address as the one for your forum member here, then it's clear why it doesn't work.
The account is marked as "no longer in the company".

Please ask your license administrator to open a license support case. Your license administrator may ask for reopening your account in the license case. I cannot enable the account for you without confirmation from the license administrator.

we only have this e-mail address for login. how do we get back into our account to open a support case?

I'll send you a email to the mail address of the license admin to that address.
If the license admin doesn't have an account yet, create one with that mail address and he will have access to all the contracts and support cases.
