Case ID 06078998 Long Standing Issue Offload Wasabi

Post by B-C-ER »

Fighting offload issues with one specific job for over a year.

going through 4 different tickets with support and 50gb of logs now

Moved from AWS to Wasabi and issues are still consistent.

2 environments same exact issue now - 1 larger job with ~40-50 machines offload stays at 0% generally and never offloads
there is throttling to egress but think its set around 1mb but not confirmed yet - this is one of the things I'm thinking is possible but all other offloads process
1 Admin Environment
1 ICS Environment

things that are possible issues:
All but 1 Job: all working as expected
Backups > Incremental > Weekly Full (synthetic full) & Backup Copy to Secure Backup onsite & offloads, operate correctly

Bad Job (Largest Job): Backups > Incremental > Weekly Full (synthetic full) & Backup Copy to Secure Backup onsite operate correctly offloads stay 0% never offload --- for awhile we did get some cleanup Failed Error 12002

recently did get some new errors after performing > https://www.veeam.com/kb4303

did rescan and got 7/14/2023 1:15:43 PM :: Storage was not found -

Wasabi not getting IP overload but maybe 3 a month max - none since limiting offload concurrent to 4x
lately all bad offloads related to One job only per environment same job every day.

Hello! "All but 1 job" indicates a very environment-specific (even job-specific) issue, as opposed to some "global" flaw with the offload functionality. As per the community rules, we specifically ask not to bring environment-specific issues here, as this is not a support forum. Please continue working with our support to understand what it is so special about this particular job. Thank you for understanding!
