Reporter Install Error: Ajax Extension

Hello
When I tried to install Reporter I am getting an AJAX error.
"Setup was unable to Install Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0, which are required for Veeam Reporter"
I am using windows 2008 R2 SP1.

Can you please try to download these extensions manually and then re-launch the setup wizard?

Thanks for your reply. I did the same after downloading from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... tSetup.msi
but no luck, I am not sure why. I am not able to install Ajax alone.

That's strange we haven't seen this issue reported before. Can you please try any clean VM as a further step of troubleshooting?

I had this yesterday and I think it was sorted by one of the IIS 7.0 role features I added for something else I was working on as when I went back to the Reporter install I got past it. There wasn't much info out when I was googling the issue. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I installed successfully on a new vm.
