Backup Copy Job Invalid backup file encryption state.

Hy!

I have a backup copy job which copy the incremental backup to the remote site NAS. Last night I got an error with the following message: Failed to prepare backup Error: Invalid backup file encryption state.

There are 29 VMs backup file in the repository, and one of the VM can copy to the remote site.

I didn't modify nothing, and it worked. What shoul be the problem. I use NFR licence.

There is a waiting for tape staus backup to tape job, but I think it isn't related with the error...

I can't open support case because we use NFR licence. When I login the portal and select the Veeam version I got the following error:

You don't have an active evaluation license for this product.

Please visit the Veeam Customer Portal to manage your licenses or Contact Sales to extend your trial or purchase licenses.

For the NFR product, please choose "I need support for 'Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition'".
We have the same support policy for our NFR and community edition products.

Yes, it seems to work again. I don't know what happens with the olda chain...
