When running restore jobs (VM, FLR etc) in the Remote Console there is a section in the restore wizard flow to supply a reason for the restore. This is a handy place to put internal ticket #'s, incident notes or other relevant data for future audit tracking and RCA. When the same types of restore jobs are run via Enterprise Manager, the reason field not displayed in the job dialogs. It's automatically populated with the text "Restore operator's request from Enterprise Manager." and there doesn't appear to be any supported way to modify this.
In my situation, our afterhours support relies on browser access to the Enterprise Manager portal because they lack administrator rights and their VDI instance assignments change often/are recreated routinely - having a way to tie requests into our internal ticketing would be an improvement.

Re: [Feature Request] User accessible Reason field in restore jobs run through Enterprise Manager?
Hello Jeremy
Thank you for the request. It makes sense to have it in enterprise manager too. We have it on our list for a future version of Veeam Backup & Replication. Unfortunately I cannot yet provide an ETA or version when it will be added to.
Best,
Fabian
